Sea Water Electrolysis Sodium Hypochlorite Generator is used electrolytic principle, it works through by on-site electrolysis of seawater to produce sodium hypochlorite solution, and automatically dosing into the feed seawater to eliminate algae and microorganisms, thus prevent the biofouling in the seawater system (such as cooling circuits, intake pipes and heat exchangers). 

Coating titanium anode is also referred to as Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) titanium anode and Dimensionally Stable Anode (DSA), as well as Dimensionally Stable Electrode (DSE). By brushing precious metal coating on the titanium substrate, it can have a good electric catalytic activity and electrical conductivity.

It is a composite electrode constructed with a metallic titanium substrate as the base, upon which a thin layer of platinum (often not pure platinum but rather an alloy or mixture of platinum and other precious metals) serving as the active catalytic layer is applied onto its surface through specialized processes such as thermal decomposition or electroplating.

The Purevita sodium hypochlorite generator generates a 0.8 % sodium hypochlorite solution through the electrolysis of brine, consuming only water, salt and electricity. By producing hypochlorite on-site and on-demand, the system eliminates concerns associated with transportation and storage of chlorine gas or commercial sodium hypochlorite solutions, making it ideal for any medium to large scale application requiring chlorination.

Fenton reaction: Under acidic conditions, H202 reacts with Fe2+to produce hydroxyl radicals, which can rapidly oxidize and decompose recalcitrant organic compounds.
